How it works.
Spark.
We start with a team chat about why we work. We then curate a series of one-on-one interviews with the teammate whose story we’ll tell through music.
Riff.
Teammates submit words, phrases and lyrics to a seasoned songwriter based on interviews with their teammate. The songwriter then works with the team to write the song.
Share.
Teammates share the lyrics they contributed, followed by a performance by the songwriter. The team then reflects on lessons learned and are given a recording of the song.
